Bullet Chart is a command on the Outline and Tree menus. When chosen, it switches the current view to a bullet chart view for creating presentations, and it replaces the current menu with the Bullet menu. MORE automatically turns the selected headline into a chart title and turns subheadlines into subheads on the chart.
Three useful commands on the Bullet menu are Chart Size (to size the bullet charts for your machine), Include (to set how much information from the underlying outline is on the bullet charts), and Control Panel (to navigate through all the bullet charts in the series). Use the palette tools on the bullet chart window to style the bullet charts.
To switch back to outline view, use one of the following methods:
• Choose Outline View from the Bullet menu.
• Press cmd-I.
• Click the Outline icon on the status line at the bottom of the chart.
